In jewelry, trust means that what is said is met with documentation and craftsmanship. The following are the promises we stand behind with every order at OSKA.

A stone certificate belongs to the stone

For diamond and lab-grown diamond products, the certificate belongs to the stone itself. If you want a certified stone, simply say so at the quote stage; the issuing organization and the stones it covers are stated in writing in the quote.

A karat stamp on every piece

All of our 9, 10, 14 and 18 karat gold and 925 sterling silver products carry a karat stamp. The karat written in the quote is the same as the stamp on the piece.

Your design belongs to you

We never produce your custom designs for any other customer. If you request it, we sign a confidentiality agreement before work begins.

Sample first, then production

Series production begins after you approve the sample; corrections are made on the sample and every piece is inspected. Samples are charged; when you place an order, the fee is deducted from the order amount.

A clear quote

Because the gold price changes every day, we do not publish prices on the site. For each project we prepare a quote that shows weight, stones and workmanship separately; lead time and minimum order quantity vary by model and are stated in writing in the quote.

Insured shipping

International orders are shipped insured. The shipping method and terms are stated in the quote according to the destination country.
