Contract Jewelry Manufacturing: Your Design, Your Brand
In contract manufacturing the design and the brand are yours and the production is ours. OSKA manufactures 9K, 10K, 14K and 18K gold jewelry, diamond-set pieces and, on a project basis, 925 sterling silver designs in its Istanbul atelier for jewelry brands, jewelers and designers.
OEM, ODM and private label: the difference
- Contract manufacturing (OEM): the design is yours. We produce your drawing, technical file or sample exactly.
- Manufacturing with design support (ODM): you bring the idea and we develop the model together. See custom jewelry manufacturing.
- Private label: you sell ready models selected from OSKA collections under your own brand. See private label.

Which jobs suit contract manufacturing
Even brands with their own workshop rarely make every piece in-house. Workmanship-heavy designs, stone-set and pavé pieces, bracelets with complex mechanisms, or orders that exceed capacity in busy periods are solved through contract manufacturing.
Process
- File: you send the design, karat, stone details and estimated quantity.
- Quotation: a project-specific quotation is prepared from weight and workmanship.
- Sample: after you approve the model, a sample is made and presented to you.
- Production run: production follows the approved sample.
- Repeat orders: the same model is reproduced to the same standard on later orders.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Quantity depends on the structure of the design, the material and the stone work. We state it clearly with the quotation once we see your project.
Can I outsource only certain stages?
We assess this per project. Send the details of requests such as stone setting only or casting only.
