How We Work
Before you start working with a manufacturer, you want to know the terms. On this page you will find how an order with OSKA progresses from start to finish and our basic working terms.
Step-by-step process
- Request: You send the model, gold karat, stone details, estimated quantity and target market via the quote form or WhatsApp.
- Quote: We prepare a project-specific quote based on weight, stones and workmanship.
- Drawing: For new models, a CAD drawing is submitted for your approval.
- Sample: A sample is produced before series production; corrections are made on the sample.
- Production: Production follows the approved sample, and every piece is inspected.
- Delivery: The order is delivered; the same models are reproduced to the same standard in later orders.
Sample
Samples are charged. When you place an order, the sample fee is deducted from the order amount.
Payment
A deposit is taken at the start of the order; the remaining amount is paid at delivery. Because the gold price changes daily, the price is determined on the values at the time of the order. Payment details are included in the quote.
Production time and minimum order quantity
Lead time and minimum order quantity vary by model, workmanship and quantity; both are stated clearly in the quote.
Shipping abroad
We ship international orders insured. The shipping method and terms are stated in the quote according to the destination country.
Design confidentiality
We never produce your custom designs for any other customer. If you request it, we sign a confidentiality agreement before work begins.

Why are there no prices on the site?
The gold price changes every day; the cost also depends on karat, weight, stones and workmanship. We can only give the correct figure in a project-specific quote.
