Samples and orders

Can I get a sample?

Yes. Samples are charged; if the sample turns into an order, the amount paid is deducted from the order amount.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity varies by model. When you send the model and quantity via the quote form, we give you clear information.

How is payment made?

A deposit is taken at order confirmation, and the remaining amount is paid on delivery.

Why are prices not listed on the site?

The price varies by karat, metal, stones, finish and quantity. Add the model you like to your quote list or ask on WhatsApp, and we will give you a price specific to you.

Do you take individual (single piece) orders?

Yes. You can order a model you like on the site, or your own design, via WhatsApp. Only the Panther and Melis models are available in ready stock; all other products are made from scratch to order.

Production and materials

Which metals do you work with?

9K, 10K, 14K and 18K yellow, white and rose gold, and 925 sterling silver.

Which finishes and platings do you offer?

Rhodium plating, gold plating, rose plating, black plating (black rhodium or ruthenium depending on the model), oxidized and satin finishes.

Do you use diamonds and lab-grown diamonds?

Yes. We produce with lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds; the certificate belongs to the stone, and if you want a certified stone, simply say so at the quote stage. You can take a look at our guide article explaining the difference.

Can I bring my own stone?

Yes. We also supply stones, and we also work with the customer's own stones.

Do the products have a karat stamp?

Yes, every product carries a karat stamp.

Can I have my own design produced?

Yes. Starting from a drawing, photo or idea, we carry out the CAD, sample and production stages. Details: custom design manufacturing and private label production.

Confidentiality and shipping

Will my design be produced for someone else?

No. A customer's custom design is not produced for anyone else; a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed if requested.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes. We evaluate international requests and ship insured.

In the Istanbul Grand Bazaar (Kapalıçarşı) area, Selek İş Hanı, Fatih. To visit, book an appointment.
