Order and sample terms

• Samples: One sample per ready-to-produce model. Samples are charged; if you place the order, the sample fee is deducted from the order total.
• Wholesale series production: Minimum order is 1 kg (piece count varies with each model's weight).
• New models: A mold fee applies to a new design and is deducted from the order total.
• Payment: Deposit at order confirmation, balance on delivery.
• Lead time: Confirmed in the quotation, depending on model and quantity.
